EXCELLENT VALUE - This would make a perfect holiday accommodation, situated in the quiet town of Pettorano Sul Gizio, only 5 mins drive to the main town of Sulmona with all amenities.    Pettorano has a few bars and restaurants, all walking distance of the property, also a grocers shop and hosts main local events.   It is quite a popular town with tourists and locals alike and only a 15 mins drive to the main ski resort of Roccaraso.     Pescara beach is under an hour also from this town.

The property itself does require general upgrading to modern standards however it is in a liveable condition at present.    On the ground level there is a cantina storage room which has a separate entrance from the main house.    The main house is accessed up a few stairs to the main door entering into a vestibule hallway with a bathroom and kitchen/diningroom.     Off the kitchen/diningroom there is a large sunny lounge with wonderful views and an open fireplace, this room has a terrace overlookng the valley and can be seen in the main picture.
