WONDERFUL ABRUZZO COOKING CLASS
Ready for an unforgettable experience? Then treat yourself to the best abruzzese cusine. You are going to have the experience of a lifetime by making home made spaghetti with the guitar, rolling pin and wooden board, all done by hand, proud to say that this tradition has roots from my region, hope you will join us, we we have a lot of fun.
The menu is going to be quite rich. We will start with aperitivo, three choices of wine, red, white and rose. The spaghetti will be served with two different sauces, red and one with black truffle. You will eat the real Italian meatballs with choices of vegetables.
To complete this wonderful experience you will be able to taste my famous chocolate cake with Prosecco.
Not only will you learn how to cook these wonderful dishes, but also to eat and drink well during the experience.
The cooking class will be in the town of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, known as the jewel of Abruzzo. The cost of this unique experience will only be 100 euros. Many dates still available so book soon.
