Properties Around Italy originally commenced in 2001 and is now a Licenced Real Estate Agent specialising in Abruzzo. Over the past 21 years we have renovated and built many properties in the area, as well as key in hand sales.
Our new office in Pratola Peligna now has an inhouse Solicitor, Geometra and Builder and work closely with two Notary Publics in the area. All our staff speak both Italian and English and are on hand with everything under one roof.
Our purpose is simple: We wish to offer the best possible experience when purchasing or selling in Italy, whether it is a key in hand property or a renovation project, we shall attend to all the necessary documentation you require. When purchasing through us we shall obtain the necessary documentation you require to do so, including any translations, after your purchase is complete we shall change over the existing gas, elect and water to your new property and assist you to arrange Internet connection, property insurance etc if required.
We offer Maintenance Package service and further information is available on request.
Should you wish to rent your property we are more than happy to arrange this service for you also. Basically we are your eyes and ears to your property in your absence, you need look no further.
